FXTT Control Center is a little desktop widget that has all the market times at a glance. The Announcments button takes you directly to the Fundamental Announcement page with today's announcments times (set the time on the fundamental announcement page to your local time). Then, you can set an alert so you can sleep while waiting for the announcement.
